Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All sessions with Oak & Owl are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for you. Because capacity is limited and engagements are structured, scheduled time is held intentionally.

Sessions are conducted virtually and must be booked through the scheduling platform.
A reservation is confirmed once the session is scheduled.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed may be forfeited.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may limit future booking access.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
